This past week was a busy one for me. I did a fun partnership with Neutrogena, checked out the new Samsung Note8 at their UNPACKED Event and attended a Topman pool party. Not a bad week if I say so myself. In between all of my running around, I was keeping up my micro-blog aka my Instagram. In an ongoing weekly series, I will be sharing my outfits in blog posts sharing what I’m wearing for your shopping pleasure.

Times Square may be a place most NYC locals including me avoid at all costs, but sometimes, just sometimes when I’m in the neighborhood it’s worth taking a photo for the gram. Because as much as it may be a tourist trap, it’s important to always remember how many people around the world wish they could just have the chance to enjoy the energy and lights the Times square represents.
Shop my outfit:
GAP shirt/ Tommy Hilfiger shorts/ Kenneth Cole watch/ Zenni Optical sunglasses
In contrast to Times Square, there is no end for my love when it comes to walls. This one in Williamsburg at a very popular corner that reminds my why Williamsburg has become so pricey because it is now full of annoying fraternity style guys and sorority girls… huge eye roll. Anyways, as much as the neighborhood may not be my cup of tea, there are tons of advertisers commissioning walls which works in my favor. At this one corner alone, my husband and I knocked out 4 outfit photos in just 1 hour.
Shop my outfit:
ASOS shirt/ Club Monaco shorts/ Kenneth Cole shoes & watch
Just around the corner from the previous photo above is this gem that was also commissioned by an advertiser. Pretty smart by these companies who caught onto the mural trend and are now using them for “organic” ads. Can you guess who this is advertising?
Shop my outfit:
American Eagle shirt/ Grana shorts/ Kenneth Cole shoes & watch/ Toms Sunglasses
In case you were wondering if this was taken nearby the other two photos above. The answer is yes. Just around the corner is this blue beauty that is a total #BluePekMoment if I have to say so!
Shop my outfit:
Primark shirt/ Club Monaco shorts/ Converse shoes/ Kenneth Cole watch
If you live in NYC and haven’t been to The Cloisters yet, you are truly missing out. Especially if you are a Game of Thrones fan! This museum/ park is a hidden gem just a short subway ride uptown. The stop for The Cloisters literally has an elevator that takes you directly to the park. Only a short enjoyable walk from the museum. I’m so happy this August has been so mild in NYC. It’s made taking photos a true pleasure to be outside. I just wish it would last another month. Finger crossed!
