Hello Spring/ Summer 2016

New York City winter is FINALLY over! But not without some final cold days still into the middle of May, but none-the-less, each day that passes is closer to summer. Making way for transitional wardrobe options from coats and beanies, to tank-tops and bare ankles.

Since my LAST BLOG UPDATE, I have since made a quick four day trip back to Berlin where I had such a great time visiting friends and partying at clubs where I just felt at home. A much long over due return after leaving 7 months ago, but my trip being so short was really just a tease and reminder that I do still want live in Berlin again very soon!

Though while there it was a real treat to enjoy my first days of spring. In Berlin it was a shocking 70 degrees and sunny for the first weekend of May, while in New York it was still high 40s, gray, and misty. Usually what the weather is at the end of winter in Berlin. Such a nice treat during my four day visit.

While dealing with cool and warm weather. I have been dealt with what to wear while mixing layers that can easily be taken off depending on cloudy days and sometimes wear shorts if the sun is fully out.

Here are two Spring/ Summer outfits with a bonus workout outfit:

Incase you follow me on Snapchat (@FredRdgz), you may have notice that I’ve been spending a lot of time at the gym this year. That is because for the first time in my life I’ve dedicated working out at least twice a week with a personal trainer. With this dedication I have gained the most muscle I’ve ever had, and a new found endurance where I feel much more strong. It’s something I’m very proud of continuing for four solid months, and especially now that I am seeing results. My new goal is to continue working out with my trainer for the rest of the year. Going beyond being beach body ready to living a much more active lifestyle.

I’m looking forward to much more warm days ahead to wear shorts, head to the beach, and enjoy summer!
