Third outfit for Dr. Martens #StandForSomething, I naturally decided to wear a sweater that makes me feel like a super hero. F for Freddy! Though my sweater is actually from FRENCH CONNECTION, shoes are DR. MARTENS 1461’S, backpack Dr. Martens, and jeans are PAIGE DENIM.
Morality is what I stand for and always remembering my roots. This is what I pledged in my FIRST OUTFIT BLOG POST. Surprisingly enough, I will be headed back home to Texas and New York for the first time in over a year on September 10th. Not by choice, but by force as I mentioned in my SECOND OUTFIT POST. So remembering where I came from and staying true to who I am will really give me a surreal reminder. As much as I know I have not forgot where I came from, this thought alone is why I push so hard to stay away from Texas at least, New York I love but needed sometime away like a relationship break after 4 years together. Nonetheless, I am leaving behind a life I pushed so hard to create over the last year by the German government who didn’t give me a chance to plea my case at all! Not only leaving an amazing flat, great friends, best techno club in the world, but most importantly best guy I have had in my life. Life always throws curves when things seem to be going too well.
I can only hope for the best and see what life has stored for me these next 6 months that I’m forced back to America.
